Summary

  • Give all 29 native workflow commands compact, natural user history while preserving full effective instructions through the existing primary/compaction hooks.
  • Preserve legacy sync snapshots, per-command semantics, installed resources, native inputs, code-mode operations, permissions and actual executor attribution; keep dynamic diagnostics distinct.
  • Preserve independent Opus plan and implementation/evidence READY reports; archive the accepted specification and reconcile all ten tasks.
  • Prepare 1.1.0-beta.4 for the next channel; stable latest stays 1.0.2.

Verification

  • 212 tests / 11,696 assertions, typecheck, packed-package smoke, strict canonical specs and whitespace pass locally.
  • Corrected owner-approved disposable OpenCode 2.1.2 / Sol High sample: compact invocation, full snapshot once, native beads.get → beads.note → beads.get, exactly one scoped append, matching permission/actor and independent readback; original guard-blocked fixture attempt retained separately.
  • Release-preparation edits are limited to package metadata, README/changelog and the selected-version test; accepted runtime and packaged assets are byte-identical.
  • Publication will use the existing trusted, exact-archive release workflow. No operator installation or runtime changes.

Owner explicitly authorized publication. Registry and release verification follow successful exact-head CI and merge.
