Summary

• Fix the diagnostics presentation exception: submit compact command/free text while capturing the dynamic read-only report once in existing ocBeadsWorkflow metadata. Reuse unchanged primary/compaction expansion; no new hooks or store access.
• Include loaded package name/version from the installed package-relative manifest and request prominent plugin/OpenCode identity in the diagnostic answer.
• Preserve exact native delivery/input, replay, guard/uncertainty and unload behavior. All 29 workflow payloads compare byte-for-byte equal to beta.4; all other runtime modules/assets remain unchanged.
• Prepare 1.1.0-beta.5 for npm next, keeping stable latest=1.0.2 and operator runtime unchanged. Reconcile README, changelog and canonical diagnostic requirements.

Verification

• Regression RED→GREEN: compact diagnostics and previously missing loaded-package identity.
• 214 tests / 11,833 assertions; typecheck; installed exact-package smoke; strict specs 3/3; whitespace.
• Existing real Responses serializer fixture extended to diagnostics: one captured instruction/report per primary/compaction replay, no routing metadata or auxiliary expansion. This is serializer evidence, not a new genuine model/UI run.
• Packed public setup verifies all 30 commands, diagnostic package identity, snapshot expansion/idempotence and immutable persisted input.
• Existing safe-probe and unload tests retained; original frozen semantic digests retained rather than regenerated.
