• university web 재배포 CD가 새로 등록된 VERCEL_TOKEN_UNIV secret을 사용하도록 변경했습니다.
• 인증 요청과 배포 상태 조회에 동일한 전용 토큰을 사용합니다.
• 검증 오류 메시지와 multi-zone 배포 문서의 secret 이름도 함께 맞췄습니다.

특이 사항

• 기존 공용 VERCEL_TOKEN은 변경하거나 삭제하지 않았습니다.
