Vector 0.57.0 disabled the interpolation of environment variables in configuration files by
default, while the generated `vector.yaml` uses `${...}` placeholders for the log directory and
file names, the log levels, the role group the Pod belongs to, and the address of the Vector
aggregator. The wrapper script re-enables the interpolation by passing
`--dangerously-allow-env-var-interpolation` to Vector. The product image must contain this script,
which is the case for images with Vector 0.58.0 or later.
