The nightly E2E workflow fails in
docker compose -p cypress buildbefore any test runs:
The runner image now ships a newer Compose, which builds through
docker buildx bake. Bake refuses to read files outside its workingdirectory without an
fs.readgrant. Compose passes that grant forbuild contexts but not for file secrets, so bake rejects the
npmrcsecret at
${HOME}/.npmrc. Compose passes environment secrets tobake as variables, so bake reads no file outside the repo and keeps
its filesystem checks on.
