Web interface for interacting with the Steemdunk API

Configuration

TRUST_PROXY: Whether or not to trust proxy IP headers, must be explicitly set to true to enable
SD_WEB_HOST: Bind address, defaults to 127.0.0.1
SD_WEB_PORT: Bind port, detauls to 3000
