Updates the independent Python identifier oracle from idnumbers 1.11 to 1.22. Existing country/class mappings and oracle assertions remain intact. The upstream changes make malformed-input validation return false, enforce complete ASCII input, fix Bulgarian EGN checksum handling, broaden valid Dutch BSN and Swedish personnummer forms, and reject unissued Finnish individual-number ranges. Finnish/Czech/Slovak/Lithuanian/Romanian pairings retain their existing survey classification.
The oracle uses class validate methods, so the new unified result API and removed Icelandic checksum API require no adapter migration. CI runs the cross-ecosystem oracle against the new package; any disagreement remains subject to the existing assertions.
The release retains its Identique source repository and Python >=3.9 requirement; package metadata now omits the author field. This Python requirements surface has no release-age restriction. Official release history.
