Check an explicit device selection and show each current fact, source and condition result, with complete evidence delivered in bounded pages.
Correct individual facts with Save and next, retain conflicted or uncertain input, and return from reviewed CSV imports to the same questions. The review restores accessible rows with their input and removes evidence and drafts for unavailable fields.
Batch indexed field reads and context admission without persisting questions, evaluations or evidence snapshots.
Testing
Focused storage and plan-consumer tests, Clippy, formatting, documentation links, Vue/TypeScript and desktop/mobile Chromium checks pass on macOS. CI runs the required platform and CodeQL checks.
Check explicit device selections through bounded indexed reads, including context admission. Reuse the field editor for independent corrections, retained conflicts and affected-condition rechecks. Return from reviewed CSV imports to the original selection.
Closes#66
Keep deferred input reachable after a satisfied recheck, preserve the exact editor target during conflict recovery, and retain each condition result with its own evaluation basis.

Summary
Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Review requirements across a fixed selection of devices, with shared questions and separate answers and evidence for each device.
Start reviews from existing findings or add conditions by selecting a fact, evidence layer, comparison, and value.
Edit or defer findings, save and move to the next item, recheck unresolved changes, and import CSV updates without changing the selection.
View current field values alongside evidence, and load large evidence results across pages.
Continue a review from another selected device when its starting device is unavailable.
Bug Fixes
Stale observations can appear as evidence but do not satisfy requirements.
Conflict and uncertain-write rechecks better preserve drafts and show accurate results.
Continuations are rejected when evidence, permissions, or context changes.
Adds fixed-selection device reviews through requirement evaluation and fact editing. Reviews display per-device answers and evidence, support editing, deferral, rechecking, and CSV import, and retain the original selection. Evaluation batches field inputs, includes current values in evidence, and paginates large results.
Evaluation loads bounded field inputs for reuse across conditions and includes current field values in evidence. Large results use continuation pages bound to the request and context. Selection roots are fetched together. Tests cover bounded reads, access restrictions, evidence values, and continuation validity.
Requirement question and review entry web/app/RequirementQuestion.vue, web/app/RequirementsPanel.vue, web/app/App.vue
A shared question form builds field requirements. The panel can open a review from findings, and the application can open one for an all-device selection.
The review preserves its device selection and conditions, displays per-device results, and supports fact edits, deferral, rechecking, and CSV import. The browser transport combines evaluation pages. Browser tests cover desktop and mobile workflows, conflicts, uncertain writes, imports, and refreshes.
structured-world/omloom#40: Adds phase-aware evaluation and plan-mode requirement configuration touched by the evaluator and form changes.
Merge Risk: Low · previous review 6add2
After a deferred draft is saved or cancelled, the review can still say input is retained and may never offer that row again through "Save and next". This is a minor workflow inconvenience that is worth fixing before merge. The large-evaluation paging and conflict-retention concerns are handled in the current code.

inventory::read_field so it continues collecting permitted evidence from all
current observations before returning a conflict. Preserve the existing conflict
result and comparison behavior, but ensure later observations, such as C in an
A/B/C conflict, are included with their source and value.
- Line 748: Update the evaluation assembly around `value: Some(actual.clone())`
so complete evaluations, including every source-evidence item, are delivered
losslessly within the 512 KiB transport limit. Use the existing transport and
review-display mechanisms to bound delivery and ensure the receiver can present
the complete evaluation; do not truncate or omit claims or evidence.
Review comments at @crates/omloom-store/tests/workspace/requirements.rs:
- Around line 133-145: Extend the diagnostics in the test around
`execute_cypher_shared` to verify that the denied `manufacturer` key or row is
excluded from the database read itself, not merely rejected during decoding. Use
an assertion or read-level evidence that distinguishes retrieval from subsequent
filtering, while preserving the existing corrupted-`vtype` check.
- Around line 609-628: Update the workspace requirements test to retain each
generated source ID when creating the observations, then assert that the
evidence contains the matching source-to-value pair for both observations
without relying on evidence order.
Review comments at @web/app/AssetEditor.vue:
- Line 366: Rechecking after reviewing a conflict currently discards the unsaved
correction because `outcome` becomes `reviewed`. In the `AssetEditor` flow,
retain a separate unresolved-conflict state across review and recheck, preserve
the draft while that state is active, and clear it only when the user saves or
explicitly defers the correction.
Review comments at @web/app/RequirementQuestion.vue:
- Around line 47-48: Update the input and submit-button validation in the
RequirementQuestion form so an explicitly empty description can be submitted as
a requirement value. Keep numeric values and delegation subject to their
existing required-value validation, and preserve the current comparison and
field checks.
Review comments at @web/app/RequirementsPanel.vue:
- Line 107: Update the AssetEditor recheck flow in RequirementsPanel so
rechecking after a conflicted or unresolved save does not close the editor or
discard its draft. Keep the editor and correction available until the user
resolves or explicitly dismisses them; preserve the existing close behavior for
explicit dismissal.
Review comments at @web/app/SelectedRequirements.vue:
- Line 78: Update the refresh error handling associated with the `busy` cleanup
guarded by `disposed` and `generation` to distinguish terminal access revocation
from transient failures. On terminal access errors for the anchor device or an
enclosing root, remove or hide the affected facts and prevent their deferred
drafts from being resumed; preserve the existing behavior for transient
failures.

Revalidate the full review after a partial access failure
If a working-context root becomes unavailable, a one-row recheck can fail for the entire review. The handler redacts only the rechecked row, leaving other cached facts visible and deferred drafts resumable.
Suspend and revalidate the other rows after this failure. Remove affected evidence and drafts, while preserving drafts for rows that remain accessible.

Clear deferred when a draft is saved, closed, or resumed.
finish() and closeEditor() remove the draft from drafts but never remove the row id from deferred. edit() does not remove it when a draft is resumed. This leaves three wrong states:
After a deferred row is saved, <p v-if="deferred.has(row.id)"> still shows "Deferred, input retained." No input remains.
After the user cancels a deferred draft, the same text falsely says the discarded input is kept.
If the row is still unresolved, the !deferred.has(candidate.id) filters in finish() and defer() skip it forever. "Save and next" never offers it again.
Remove the id from deferred at each of these points. Do the same in the resume branch of edit() (Line 158).
Proposed fix
async function finish(id: string, saved: boolean) {
const index = rows.value.findIndex(row => row.id === id); const row = rows.value[index]; if (!row) return;
active.value = undefined; drafts.value = drafts.value.filter(d => d.id !== id);
+ deferred.value = new Set([...deferred.value].filter(d => d !== id));
- if (drafts.value.some(d => d.id === row.id)) { active.value = row.id; return; }+ if (drafts.value.some(d => d.id === row.id)) { deferred.value = new Set([...deferred.value].filter(d => d !== row.id)); active.value = row.id; return; }
