A few projects I've worked on across software engineering, cloud infrastructure and platform operations.
NEXUM is a Software Engineering project developed at the University of Padua by the aLittleByte team, based on a project proposal by Eggon S.r.l. It focuses on AI-assisted HR communication and document processing.
The system combines an Angular frontend and Laravel API with asynchronous AWS-style workflows for document analysis and AI processing. My personal fork extends the original MVP with a self-hosted observability stack and an optional local execution profile for AI and OCR, without changing the underlying application architecture or workflow model.

Pot Tales is an educational browser game about archaeometry, developed by a multidisciplinary team as part of the University of Padua's Progetti Innovativi 2025 program.
I coordinated the technical team and worked mainly on backend, infrastructure, deployment and operations. The platform ran on Docker Swarm with dedicated routing, persistence, caching, observability and perimeter security controls, and was operated during public outreach events.
