Summary

• Update Docker and GitHub Actions to Bun 1.3.14 consistently.
• Update dependencies to their latest available versions, including TypeScript 7.0.2, Sharp 0.35.3, @sinclair/typebox 0.34.52, and @sv2dev/multipart-stream 0.2.3.
• Bump all affected package patch versions.
• Add a separate Keep a Changelog-style changelog for each published package.
