Prepare syscoinjs-lib 1.0.276 by updating only the package version in package.json and both root version fields in package-lock.json. The runtime initialization change was merged in #18.
The dependency graph is identical to the parent commit. JSON comparison verified that the three version strings are the only manifest/lockfile changes; Standard lint passed. The inherited runtime commit passed all 642 offline unit assertions.
Packed the clean release commit locally with lifecycle scripts disabled and verified every packed file against that commit. The archive is ready for consumer staging and a later separately approved npm publication; this PR does not publish it.
