Some currently registered Classic relayers publish a bare DNS hostname in their ENS URL record. The directory rejected that form before it could check the relayer, leaving otherwise eligible entries unavailable. Normalize bare DNS hostnames to HTTPS and retain the existing fixed-origin validation, public-DNS checks, pinned TLS lookup and no-redirect status transport.

Validation: all 1,642 Jest tests across 79 suites pass locally, including 116 focused relayer directory, RPC, transport and route tests. Coverage includes bare-hostname admission through the guarded status inspector and rejection of mixed private DNS, URL paths, query strings, ports and IP literals. Hosted CI remains the merge gate.
