- Recalculates quiz attempt earned marks by aggregating answer records using QueryHelper instead of incremental addition
- Prevents negative marking penalties from being added as positive marks when overriding an incorrect answer to correct
- Fixes attempt earned marks exceeding total quiz marks after instructor review
- Restores deficit-aware total mark calculation across single review, bulk review, and manual grading
