Moves the vendor/tinybus gitlink from dc8c92f to 65741c3 (tinybus main, includes fast-module-hash #34) and adds the sha2 entry that tinybus now needs in Cargo.lock. No code changes were needed.

Verified locally: cargo fmt --check, clippy --all-targets --all-features -D warnings, cargo test --all-features, and the ignored module_e2e test against the release cdylib all pass.
