Qualify the owned worker launcher in the global macOS helper entry point. Keep separate enabled/disabled policy snapshots in the MCP command test before passing their addresses. Validation: incremental MSVC Release unit target; 47 BuiltinCommands and invariant tests passed; unchanged 5304-test inventory; strict layers, ownership, documentation paths and OpenSpec; diff check. Native macOS and Linux CI verification follows this commit.
Avoid a C++ scope qualifier before sigemptyset, which the macOS SDK defines as a function-like macro. Preserve the existing POSIX signal mask behavior. Validation: incremental Windows unit target; 12 TerminationSignal and invariant tests passed; strict layers and OpenSpec; diff check. Native CI follows.
Linux full CI and all ten package platforms passed on 2184247. Keep the broader matrix snapshot and inventory acceptance pending. This commit updates validation records only; product and test sources are unchanged.

最终收尾提交仅更新验证记录,产品和测试源码与已通过原生 CI 的 2184247 完全一致。
