Good test. Two cases are not covered:
- A rundown ID that does not exist.
- A device that has no studio, or a rundown from another studio.
These guard the studio ownership check. Add one test for each.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
A missing rundown looks the same as an empty rundown.
Think of a toy box. You ask for the red car. If the box has no red car, you say "the box has zero cars." That is not the same as "there is no box."
Here, if no rundown matches rundownExternalId, the code returns parts: []. A caller cannot tell "this rundown has no parts" from "this rundown does not exist." Ingest devices may then treat missing data as real data. For example, they may clear their AUTO display.
Throw a Meteor.Error(404, ...) instead, if the API should signal a missing rundown. Keep the empty response if "no rundown yet" is intended. In that case, document it in the JSDoc and in the shared type.

Order parts by segment, then by part rank.
DBPart._rank is the position inside a segment. This endpoint sorts all parts only by _rank. In a multi-segment rundown, parts can therefore be returned out of rundown order. Use sortPartsInSortedSegments with segments ordered by _rank, or an equivalent whole-rundown ordering path.
