Add a v0-to-v1 codemod #543

v1.0.0 changes signatures, option keys and return shapes across many hooks. Most of these edits are mechanical, so react-simplikit-codemod should ship a v0-to-v1 transform next to mobile-to-root. Users can then migrate with one command instead of reading every sub-issue.

• Add a v0-to-v1 command that rewrites call sites for the breaking changes in this roadmap: Standardize hook parameter shapes #527, Group actions in state hook return values #528, Define browser measurement hook return shapes #529, Replace edges with leading and trailing in throttle hooks #534, Align option names in useDoubleClick, useList, useMap and useSet #535, Name time options with a millisecond suffix #536 and Align immediate defaults #539.
• Leave code that cannot be rewritten safely untouched, such as a return value that is passed around instead of destructured, and report it so users can fix it by hand.
• Update the react-simplikit-codemod agent skill and the migration docs.

Waits for the breaking sub-issues above, because the transform needs their final signatures.
