Version 0.5.0, the agent pin moves to tracepanel-agent>=0.5.0,<0.6, and the changelog's Unreleased becomes 0.5.0.

The contract test now covers the agent's new /licenses endpoint (plain text), which agent 0.5.0 documents.

Checked locally against tracepanel at main (0.5.0): full tests in CI's main and Graphene environments, poe lint, lint_docs.py CHANGELOG.md.
