Patch release 0.5.1: library frames read the same under a symlinked Python (#128). Version, __version__, uv.lock and CHANGELOG. Agent pin unchanged (>=0.5.0,<0.6).

Checked: scripts/lint_docs.py CHANGELOG.md, poe lint, pytest tests/core (448 passed).
