Yj/serial debug reliability - #224

Ignore stale history probes, pages, failures and cleanup after a session change. Reject archive and filter page requests on socket close, error or send failure, and release their temporary listeners. Add deterministic history lifecycle, request correlation and transport routing regressions.
Retain exact TX/RX bytes through archive writes, pending tails, paging and filter reads. Keep legacy text-only archives readable and account for JSON overhead within the existing cap. Cover binary payloads, encoding boundaries, archive isolation, reset barriers and bridge ordering. Update the archive contract and Hex fallback documentation.
Render pending TX/RX bytes in the live ASCII and Hex views without duplicating completed archive lines. Refresh preview identities and preserve input timestamps across chunk updates. Coalesce pressure-triggered writes, yield after each bounded batch turn and isolate continuations across session boundaries. Cap pending auto-save entries by estimated characters and line count, warn once on overload and retain accepted writes. Add component, 50,000-line burst, stalled-writer and clear-boundary regressions with bilingual overload feedback.
Document the serial-debug data flow, repaired lifecycle races, partial-line previews, byte-preserving archives and bounded auto-save behavior. Record the 1,069-test frontend result and Rust validation, with explicit boundaries for simulated throughput tests, legacy archives and untested physical-device stress behavior.
Add a pinned Playwright runner, synthetic serial fixtures, and regression assertions for minimum-window controls, firmware file selection, and serial-settings focus management. Keep these tests separate from the existing Vitest suite; known UI defects remain failing until repaired.
Exercise empty-line geometry through appendChunk across viewport, font, and display-toggle combinations, including the observed bottom blank band. Record the 40-case failing baseline and manual acceptance items. Keep the unapproved sticky-prefix proposal separate from confirmed-defect runs.
Run confirmed-defect browser assertions on workflow dispatch and retain HTML reports, traces, screenshots, and JSON results. Keep PR triggers disabled while the known defects still fail, and exclude the unapproved sticky-prefix proposal.
Refresh skill guidance, design catalogs, stack rules, reasoning/search scripts, provenance, and bundled contract tests. Preserve the upstream tag, commit, and MIT license in the vendored skill. Validation: data contracts pass and 130 bundled unit tests pass. Two test modules cannot import upstream repository maintenance scripts that are not part of this skill distribution; this import limitation remains unchanged.
