Alden now has an isolated whole-database KakaoTalk/Telegram collection candidate with independent room frontiers, reversible context/review triage, exact-text deduplication and preserved source origins. It prevents old Telegram date scopes from publishing under a changed authorization, revisits older edits/withheld rows independently of live discovery, and avoids numeric/URL-only graph labels. Production messenger activation remains incomplete.

Validation of source 251a992:

• 195 affected Python checks pass, including 33 frontier regressions covering account/permission boundaries, hidden data, crash replay, atomic retractions, duplicate origins, scope changes and reconciliation cursors.
• Retained-input replay processes 2,514 heads into 558 candidates, 1,949 context, one review and six withheld; exact candidates produce 535 documents with 23 additional origins retained. No source rows are discarded. This is heuristic classification, not independent semantic validation.
• Two reconciliation cycles over 19 fully retained room histories keep documents, versions and changed activity at 535 and return no activity through the actual store API. URL-prefixed labels are zero. This is archived replay, not new live collection or a latency/performance claim.
• Installed Alden remains 0.3.214. Its collection script matches the delivered baseline, and strict/deep signing passes. No messenger targets, source-app changes, model restarts, messages or consent-registry writes were introduced.

The existing installed 0.3.214 delivery preserves completed routed assistant refusals, first-terminal ownership, selected-model/status validation, cancellation and provenance. Its prior staging/installed tests, configuration preservation and CI evidence remain distinct from this uninstalled candidate.

Open gates: already published authorization expiry and date-scope rebasing; current visibility of prepared inputs; conversation context/reclassification; semantic/identity/temporal gold; full source traversal and provenance/UI/MCP; production scheduler, index/retrieval/graph/combat and resource/latency verification; external Pro → Gemini maximum-thinking → Pro reverse audit with research off; physical interaction and normal release gates. Existing operations and owners remain preserved.
