The root README had accumulated dated benchmark and deployment notes, while the Korean version used a different structure. This makes it harder to find the product overview and local setup.
Give both languages the same six-section structure: features, preview, local development, repository, documentation, and security/license. Keep the existing media in a compact expandable preview, document the managed local Supabase prerequisite and default development port, and link to canonical performance, operations, and release guidance instead of repeating historical reports. Keep CI, Nightly, and production deployment distinct.
Validation: resolved 34 local links/anchors in each file; retained all seven local image references in each; matched the documented scripts and runtime/package-manager versions to package.json; rendered both documents with GitHub's GFM API and checked headings, tables, previews, and commands; git diff --check passed. Only README.md and README.ko.md changed. No runtime suite or deployment was run for this documentation change.
