Focused scene arrows reached the global restaurant-navigation listener and changed the selected restaurant. The evidence strip now declares the carousel semantic already used by the parent touch guard, and keyboard navigation recognizes the same boundary. Native scrolling and restaurant navigation outside the carousel remain available.
Validation: original-source regression fails on desktop keyboard navigation and mobile/tablet gesture ownership; corrected code passes native Chrome keyboard/touch scrolling and outside-area positive controls at 1440, 390 and 820px. Related 52 tests / 7 files / 313 assertions, image-error recovery, scoped lint and compiler parity (0 diagnostics / 3388 inputs) pass. Source-bound receipts and the independently checked artifact map are included. New hosted preview and protected production readback remain pending; Nightly remains separate.
