Organise
tfcoil_variables.py. Move superconductiong TF coil variables intosuperconducting_tf_coil_variables.pyand create aresistive_tf_coil_variables.pyfor resistive tfcoil model variables. Uses what is used in which tests as the guide to where they should go.
