Renames the agent guidance file to
AGENTS.md(updated header) and records the PR-only workflow formaster: no direct commits or pushes, including release/version-bump commits. Also clarifies that authorizing a branch push is not authorizing its merge.Ignores local-only artifacts that were cluttering status:
