Drop the web module from the coverage badge script #260
Description
.github/publish-coverage-badge.sh still reads web/target/site/jacoco/jacoco.csv. The module is gone in #259, so awk exits 2 and set -eu stops the script. The step only runs on pushes to master, so the pull request build does not show it.
