Daily upstream-compat bump (eve 0.78.0, ai 7.0.138, @tanstack/ai 0.68.0 / -client 0.39.2 / -memory 0.2.13 / -openai 0.29.1 / -react 0.30.3).

• eve-extension: rebuilt on eve 0.78.0 → manifest stamps tool 86 / dynamicTool 81 / hook 45. Building the packed dist against a consumer on each eve version: 0.74.0–0.76.3 reject it, 0.77.0+ mounts it, so peer floor >=0.74.0 → >=0.77.0. One changeset (minor, extension only). Published 0.16.0 (78/73/39) still builds clean on eve 0.78.0.
• ai / @TanStack devDeps and example pins: no published-content change, no changeset.
• Supersedes the unmerged chore/bump-eve-0.75.1-ai-7.0.136-tanstack branch.

Deliberately held back (needs a source change — not done here)

• packages/eve + examples/eve-demo stay on eve ^0.65.0: eve 0.75.0 renamed onSessionStop/onSessionDelete → onSandboxStop/onSandboxDelete and removed MutableNetworkSandboxSession (packages/eve/src/sandbox.ts:63,475, sandbox.test.ts:5,240+).
• @tanstack/ai-persistence stays at 0.7.2: 0.8.x's runPersistenceConformance requires an activities store (ActivityStore) or skip: ['activities'] (packages/tanstack-ai/src/persistence/persistence.test.ts).

Verification (Node 25 box, pnpm 11.5.3)

lint, typecheck, sync-version --check, build, examples build: pass. pnpm test: all non-live suites pass; live-Redis suites that need >1 search index fail on the throwaway DB's 1-index limit (re-run per file on fresh DBs: tanstack memory contract 13/13, eve memory-tools, ai-sdk memory + search-tools pass). UPSTASH_BLOB_TOKEN suites skipped. Mocked e2e: eve-demo eval, eve-extension-demo eval, tanstack-ai-demo pnpm e2e (6/6) pass.
