Restore the parent-tree lookup in both Alt getters.

PDAnnot.Alt and SAAnnotation.Alt are defined as the Alt entry of the parent structure element. The new PDAnnotation.getAlt() calls do not bind against parser versions 1.31.1 and 1.31.64, which are within the project’s [1.31.0,1.32.0-RC) range. PDAnnotation exposes getStructParent() but no getAlt(), so these changes can block compilation.

Restore the deleted parent-tree lookup in both getters. Do not change the model contract. GFSALinkAnnotation.getaltIsLink() consumes this value, so the fallback also preserves altIsLink.
