Validate exact empty aggregate layouts and checked enum constructor dispatch. Production providers and native Resource lowering remain disabled. Scoped, captured, reflected, pipeline, assignment, repeated-entry, and occupied aggregate transport remain subsequent work; the new pipeline/assignment tests establish source validity only. Validation: cargo fmt and its check pass; all 22 Jett fixtures format/check; 43 Resource tests pass after formatting. Before the formatting-only pass, all 461 comptime library tests, 87 driver library tests, and 598 frontend fixtures pass. Native coverage estimate remains about 85%; this reference change adds no native Resource acceptance claim. The separate parent caller commit passes 480 native tests and all four Windows/Linux workspace/installed CI jobs.
Track program/kind/slot identity, non-cloneable owner and loan tokens and chronological scope/operation/return frames. Validate context, generations and provenance before transfers or cleanup; continue protected reverse cleanup after failure or panic. Keep Resource completion separate from ordinary native first-error behavior. Registration is test-only. Production layout issuance, native ABI, MIR ownership/drop plans, linked Source execution and real providers remain pending; this adds no native language coverage claim. Validation: cargo fmt -p jett_runtime; all 13 focused custody controls pass, and cargo test -q -p jett_runtime --lib passes 157/157. The separate uncommitted reference transport remains 78/79 with its previously known generic type.name[T] failure.

Keep ordinary Resource acquisition, copy/move/drop, native constants and emission explicitly pending until the dedicated ownership plan and ABI exist. Authenticate the complete original Source archive before deriving Resource-free direct caller predecessors. Project one fresh whole-program ownership plan into deterministic v2 layout metadata and the exact driver-selected entry accessor, preserving formal effects, shell holders, failure companions and Scope/Return storage distinctions. This corrects the sole deterministic assertion failure reported by both Ubuntu and Windows in CI run 37523623253.
Keep all three generated Sources unchanged and require the existing redacted diagnostic in both reference and native execution. Keep live optional/result shells and their ordinary failure companions in the
existing exact SelfRebind path. Preserve original Source/type/slot/scope and loan
authority, with no Runtime or ABI change. Add unchanged none/fail("kept")
witnesses and independent reference, MIR and object-emission controls.
Validation: 1,291 distinct Codegen/Comptime/MIR checks pass, including both
original witnesses through Debug and Release MIR/object checks. This is a
compiler checkpoint: zero linked native credit, no current fresh gate/full
ordinary acceptance, and occupied/unknown/companion/loan follow-up pending.

Native field updates, borrowed values, checked suites, actor graphs and Resource carriers must preserve the ownership facts checked by the frontend. This draft carries exact program, actor, handler, caller and required-value identities through reference execution, HIR, MIR and Cranelift for the supported paths.

The owner slot, full type, Source and Scope identities and existing loan checks are retained, with no Runtime or ABI change.The suite harness now also executes the unchanged pure replacement fixture through canonical Verify and Property entries. It retains the original Source main without using it as a wrapper, authenticates all six required-cache values and three typed constants, and preserves the full checked trial plan. The existing Source17 fixture uses the same harness and keeps its original oracles. Earlier commits preserve projected aliases, secret redaction, reflected fields, temporary/list views and initial actor sealing. Production ABI 1, layout 3, export signatures and private protocol 2 remain unchanged.

21245731: 3,038 distinct local checks, six freshly measured MSVC archives, and native evidence for six Sources, 50 fresh programs, 76 child runs and 114 attempts across Debug/Release, including expected failures and retained-provider reentry.Suite follow-up: two passing ordinary controls and strict adapter/report controls; a fresh compiler gate over 1,111 inputs reuses those six archives. Pure suites accept eight native processes/four objects/eight private entries and 400 actual private Property trial calls. Fresh Source17 regression separately accepts eight processes/four objects/eight private entries.
Same-local sum reseating: 1,291 distinct Codegen/Comptime/MIR checks pass. Both unchanged none/fail witnesses pass reference execution and Debug/Release MIR/object emission. This compiler checkpoint adds no linked-native execution credit.
Both suite fixtures validate exact Property contexts and installed integer bits, zero private acquisition counters/incomplete flags, Source/object removal before launch, checked-program Weak/input-Arc release, and process/file cleanup. Normal-launcher custody and reentry remain unmeasured. Earlier receipts retain their own revision/runtime scope and are not added to these counts.
The full ordinary corpus attempt remains unaccepted after a nullable CIM image and cleanup-probe collision. Its partial 43 passing lines are not a corpus pass. Independent cleanup confirmed an empty owned tree and released the exact held lease. The successor monitor passes six positive and 25 negative in-memory controls; successor corpus execution remains pending.
Continuation is fixed to the implementation already built at this checkpoint. Existing native-corpus, parity-manifest and admitted self-reseat-state validation remain pending. New language features, additional lifetime instrumentation and further platform certification are separate follow-up work. Historical broader acceptance flags remain false. GitHub CI stays disabled at the user’s request; keep this PR draft.
