We operate two connected lines of business.
1. A compliance platform for Digital Product Passports. Manufacturers, importers and their service providers use it to create, manage, validate and publish passports aligned with the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), the Construction Products Regulation (CPR), and the final-draft European harmonised horizontal standards, series EN 18219–EN 18223.
2. Custom software engineering, delivered since 2018 — web and mobile applications, cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, data engineering, workflow automation, and the integration of large-language-model components into business systems.
3. AI-driven development. We build with AI agents inside the engineering process itself, not only as features shipped to end users — specification, implementation, review and documentation run as agent-assisted workflows against our own codebases and knowledge bases. The Digital Product Passport platform is developed this way. We treat it as the direction the software business is moving in rather than an add-on service, and we are reshaping how we work around it.
A structured, machine- and human-readable record of a product's composition, origin, environmental footprint, repairability and end-of-life handling, reachable through a QR code or other data carrier. Under ESPR it becomes a condition of placing a product on the EU single market.
- All 24 official EU languages from a single data entry — no per-market translation work.
- Three-tier access model (public / professional / authority) as required by EU regulation, enforced through field-level classification. The public interface cannot return restricted data.
- Industry-specific templates maintained centrally; manufacturers are notified when a regulatory change means a passport needs revision.
- Seven-year immutable audit log with actor identification and before/after snapshots, covering the regulatory retention period.
- Full data export in open formats, meeting the portability and backup obligations of ESPR Articles 10(4) and 27(1)(c).
- Static passport pages on an EU-hosted CDN, with a permanent web address per product.
- Web API for integration with ERP and PIM systems.
- GS1 Digital Link support, for compatibility with existing barcode infrastructure.
Available under our own brand in Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Slovakia and Poland, and white-labelled for partners operating their own branded compliance platform.
Most published summaries conflate two different dates. The Commission's indicative timeline gives the adoption date of each delegated act — not the date obligations begin. Economic operators then receive a transition period of roughly 18 months.
| Sector | Delegated act adopted (indicative) | Obligation realistically applies |
|---|---|---|
| Iron and steel | Q4 2026 | ~2028 |
| Construction products | Q2 2027 | ~2028–29 |
| Textiles, aluminium, tyres | Q3–Q4 2027 | ~2029 |
| Furniture | 2028 | ~2029–30 |
| Mattresses, recycled content | 2029 | ~2030–31 |
Batteries are the exception. The digital passport becomes mandatory for EV, LMT and industrial batteries above 2 kWh on 18 February 2027. That date is real and fixed, because it comes from Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 directly rather than from an ESPR delegated act — which makes it the first hard deadline in the entire regime.
Two further facts worth knowing:
- The EU DPP Registry has been operational since 20 July 2026. The system every passport must be recorded in already exists.
- The implementing act governing who may see which passport data — manufacturer, market surveillance authority, purchaser, recycler — missed its statutory deadline of 18 August 2026 and has not been adopted. The battery regime therefore begins in February 2027 with access tiers that are legally required and operationally undefined.

Figures counted from the primary documents, not from secondary coverage.
- Member of the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry (rcci.bg), which has published several articles on our Digital Product Passport work.
- Partnership offers published through the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) — seeking industry associations, compliance consultancies, system integrators and SME manufacturers across the EU.
- ISO/IEC 27001 certified information security management.
- Covered on Bulgarian national television — an interview on NOVA about the Digital Product Passport, published on our site as structured, machine-readable media metadata.
- We track European standardisation work on Digital Product Passports and the Commission's DPP registry pilot, and contribute to Horizon Europe research activity.
The platform was designed against the final-draft horizontal standards rather than retrofitted to them, which gives a direct path to presumption of conformity once those standards enter into force.
This organisation publishes reference material for people implementing Digital Product Passports: machine-readable field references derived from primary regulatory sources, example passports and validation tooling. Corrections are welcome via issues — regulatory detail changes, and a reference that is wrong is worse than none.
