ESP32-S3 Flicker #4993

What happened?

I get some random flickers when using WLED on an ESP32-S3 ... until I go to the "LED Prefrences" page and I press "Save".

My setup:
Atom S3 Lite https://docs.m5stack.com/en/core/AtomS3%20Lite with 2 strips of leds
1: SK6812/WS2814 RGBW / Color order: GRB / 88 LEDs / GPIO 1
2: SK6812/WS2814 RGBW / Color order: GRB / 88 LEDs / GPIO 2

To Reproduce Bug

• Install WLED on an ESP32-S3
• Start an effect

-> Observe flickers (Some LEDs turns white randomly)

• Go to "Config > Led Prefrences"
• Press "Save" button

-> Observe flickers disappeared 🎉

Expected Behavior

No flicker :)

Binary from WLED.me

What version of WLED?

0.15.1
0.14.4 => Update actually failed ... investigating it

Which microcontroller/board are you seeing the problem on?

ESP32-S3

Anything else?

I installed that device like 2 or 3 years ago, and I always had that problem ... and the same weird workaround!
