Add wolfTrust manual to shared documentation build

Needs wolfSSL/wolfTrust#31

• Add wolftrust to the existing make all manual build.
• Clone and update wolfTrust main so manual edits stay in wolfTrust/docs, as with wolfHSM.
• Export wolfTrust HTML and PDF through the shared documentation build.
• Depends on the wolfTrust change merging first
• Local wrapper build, Makefile dry run, and workflow lint passed.

What changed in this PR

Adds wolfTrust to the shared documentation build pipeline by introducing a wolfTrust build entry point that pulls manual sources from the upstream wolfTrust repo and wiring it into the top-level Makefile and CI workflow.

Changes:

• Add wolfTrust/Makefile to clone/update wolfTrust sources and build HTML/PDF via docs_manual.py
• Add wolftrust to the top-level make all and create a dedicated wolftrust target
• Extend CI build-check workflow and update README to document the new target
