[InsightFactoryAPP]

Adds yylo — a TypeScript CLI that orchestrates coding agents from the terminal: task-driven workflows, repeatable repository changes with receipts, and a live interactive agent session (yy pi --live). Placed in src/ai/ alongside the other coding-agent harnesses (pi, claude-squad, deepseek-harness, oh-my-pi).

Why it qualifies (ongoing active development): commits pushed daily (latest 2026-10-17); npm package @yylo/cli at 0.2.12 (published 2026-10-15) with a steady 0.1 → 0.2.x cadence; issues and PRs actively triaged.

Rules: /npm only, deliberately. The upstream GitHub releases carry the npm pack tarball rather than platform binaries, so an /eget rule would not resolve to an executable today (same reasoning as lore in #85). Happy to add it if binary releases land.

Binaries: yylo and yy (equivalent launchers), hence the two-entry binlist.

Verified the entry against .vscode/install.schema.json — the same schema CI runs.
