What kind of change?

  • rec: add a new package under src/<category>/
  • update: modify an existing entry
  • article: correct prose in a generated article / README
  • faq: add or fix an entry in FAQ.md / FAQ.cn.md
  • chore: non-content change (workflow, schema, docs)

Fill in the optional footprint.platform block for src/ entries that had no per-OS support levels, and correct the ones whose declared values did not match what upstream actually ships.

platform is an optional field in the install schema (full / partial / none per OS). A large share of entries simply omitted it, and a number of entries declared none for a platform the tool does support. Both cases make the index advertise wrong platform availability.

Checklist (always)

  • I read CONTRIBUTING.md.
  • My PR title follows rec: / update: / article: / faq: / chore: prefix.
  • No unrelated files are modified.
