AGENTS.md still says the repo has no lint, test or package setup #998

Where: AGENTS.md ("Repo Shape", "Verification", "Practical Gotchas").

Current gap: the file tells agents "This is not a package monorepo", "The only verified automation is .github/workflows/audits.yml" and "There is no repo-level lint, formatter, typecheck, or test config checked in. Do not invent those commands." The repo now has the faircode/ package with a CLI and an MCP server, pyproject.toml with pytest and ruff config, a Makefile (make test, make lint), pre-commit hooks and several workflows (lint.yml, codeql.yml, browser-smoke.yml). An agent following the file would not run the tests or the linter, and would be told not to.

Suggested approach: rewrite the Repo Shape and Verification sections from Makefile, CONTRIBUTING.md and the workflow files (make test-fast, make lint, the audit commands), keep the audit-folder conventions that are still true, and drop the "do not invent" sentence.
