Permit items with STORE provenance (or owner) and the gold pouch to be moved back into the Store Inbox from anywhere — remove the previous 'only internal reordering' restriction and relax checks for gold pouch handling (respecting existing quickloot config). Add comment clarifying provenance persists across wrapping/unwrapping. Also change Item::OWNER attribute access from uint16_t to uint32_t in wrapItem and unwrapItem to avoid truncation and match stored type. Fixes #948
