Define smart naming convention for hazard and impact forecast #1136

Choose a smart way to refer to hazard and impact forecast objects. Maybe "hazardf" or "haz_forecast" or ... This might make code for users and for the tutorials cleaner than using "hazard". It is just a habit to suggest (such as np, plt, or pd).
