Create a tutorial for advance features.

Create a tutorial on how to interface the new forecast classes with the other climada core classes (unsequa, calibration, lines polygons, adaptation measures, multi-criteria). This tutorial also serves as an integration test.

Tutorials should not serve as integration tests. But I see that material can be reused. Currently, we have not tested integration with classes like unsequa, calibration, etc.
