This adds sufficient constructions for a temporary-field shear and a shared rank-one ADD bridge, with the paid transform, monomial routes, scalar work, erasure and owned stock explicit. A split-port graph relaxes the common-chart constraint using that bridge. No κ improvement is claimed; the reference remains the open conditional κ = 0.00302015 in #4470.
The package contains complete scoped proofs, 14 exact phase/rank primitive checks, 24 rational input columns, a frozen 34,790-vertex graph with all CSS distances and its complete baseline bill checked, plus portable standard C++17 search tools. The bounded runs found no accepted improvement; rounded cut capacities do not establish global optimality.
Registered replay, isolated optimized Git-free replay, committed-byte checks and C++ exhaustive toy controls pass on Windows. Linux execution has not been verified. The graph is a snapshot, not a regenerated source-word embedding or a new arbitrary-column native supplier. All inherited native, analytic, stock, tape, precision and recovery premises remain.
Credit the retained native/Clifford authors, zxv, Jacob Alan Sussman, Cinna Davis, and #4359, #4416, #4440, #4441, #4447 and #4470. Attribution and exact source pins are in the package. Substantial OpenAI assistance; Apache-2.0. No selected-frontier update or mathematical novelty claim.
