This closes the whole ideal native-word integration and prefix-envelope check left open by #4502. It adds no new local saving: #4502's four 766 → 666 replacements are installed into the complete THREE-base forward/backward programs, with a guarded installer, complete generated NATIVE.json and exact retained-event index map.
Fresh exact replay covers all 632 independent persistent inputs plus the original arbitrary owned C input in each orientation. All 408 helpers are restored in logical coordinates; C exits zero. The complete paid profile remains
{1:2487, 2:713, 3:232, 4:102, 5:28}: 3,562 calls, rank mass 5,157. No additional field or non-scalar event. Every original non-scalar event has an exact new-index mapping.Global ideal prefix maxima are unchanged: forward
(row l1, coefficient, numerator, denominator) = (457,32,32,32), backward(169,5,21,64). The verifier executes both retained literal and prefix interpreter loops from authenticated source functions. Full-word omission controls reject missing borrowed-input restoration and dirty-target subtraction; installer controls reject stale windows, wrong charts and hidden paid events. Registered replay, committed-byte checks and isolated optimized Git-free export replay pass. Standard-library Python only; Windows tested, Linux execution unavailable. No new κ, rounded induction, measured speedup, all-size compiler or physical phase-recipe regeneration is claimed. Unchanged global prefix maxima do not alone establish the rounded budget. Existing phase-event payloads/order are retained, but downstream receipts must consume the explicit index map. The canonical input is used as a chart/profile reference; its original cleanup-generation metadata is not rewritten. Consume NATIVE.json or the guarded installer rather than regenerate the old word from those old metadata arrays. The selected frontier is unchanged.
Credit #4502 for borrowed adapters, #4499 for exact gauges, #4494 for source windows/rank compilation and #4489 for the owned sum. Retain zxv's native reconstruction, Jacob Alan Sussman's mixed-target work, Cinna Davis's native/padding/query/retiming lineage and all source contributors. ATTRIBUTION.md records exact predecessor heads, retained interpreter reuse, MathProof restoration/feedback precedents and incomplete overlap coverage.
