Construct two actual native Word RAM suppliers from the frozen PR #4610 round-three word: a kernel-153 quotient and its orthogonal-restriction counterpart. They have complementary explicit B/C interfaces on the same 56 exceptional ports. The restriction includes all four required paid warp repairs. Its complete paid moment improves strictly over its predecessor for every exponent 0 ≤ t < 1, with unchanged independent helper profile. This does not establish a new multiplication κ: no profitable complete controller was found.
The package includes all-width free-group/operator proofs, explicit mixed-controller routing and endpoint-gauge lemmas, exact phase-aware native artifacts and a standard-library-only isolated replay. It checks both 632-row formal endpoints, 72 shared maps, 180 warp classes in both orientations, all typed main normalizers, and 2088 quotient / 2048 restriction frame pairs in both orientations. Payloads regenerate exactly; optimized source-corruption controls must reject drift. No Lean formalization or Linux replay of this new package is claimed.
Credit Cao Yifan's #4610 native word, DaysSky's quotient route, Dugongue's #4654 construction, Cinna Davis and the PR589/PR4470 supplier/controller lineage, Nick Petalas, Ryanson Jonathan, Rohan Arun, zxv, Jacob Alan Sussman, and retained source authors. Concurrent #4655/#4658/#4659/#4660/#4665 address related scoped questions; #4660's B extraction is not claimed as new here. The latest #4610 compiler tightening is acknowledged and is not exceeded. Prepared for Dugongue with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance, using one coordinating worker and three parallel workers.
Remaining obligation before any exponent improvement: a profitable complete consumer for these actual typed interfaces, followed by finite-reserve compiler and outer-transfer admission. Canonical main and the selected frontier are unchanged.
