Scoped written proof and source-bound finite corroboration: two FULL native calls cannot complete the prospective 224 H17 + 2 H main-only unit in either of two explicitly different columnwise Clifford models. No new supplier or kappa is claimed.

• With central/transverse address separation, a monomial-subgroup projection gives an invertible free matrix plus one outer product. Its nullity cannot accommodate two independent central Gaussian targets. Arbitrary external owner GL, noncommuting monomial-conjugate functions, width-dependent scalar choices and restored identity scratch are allowed.

These scopes are not combined. Autonomous native helper outputs stay untouched. Existing transformed helper resources, extra owners in the full-routing model, inter-port mixing with unbound frames and non-columnwise address grammars remain outside the result.

The independent literal controlled-phase check makes both off-diagonal words rank17 but leaves a nonzero rank16 component, so a favorable maximal-grade count fails the complete endpoint gate. The proof uses a central-character twisted group algebra and separating tensor powers, preserving absolute phases and allowing scalar coefficients to depend on width; no width-one sum is silently tensorized.

Cinna Davis / 1337isnot1337 #4666, exact head 08ac39202263203fded429c826ba9228ac9df803, supplies binary same-central-function controller restrictions. This package retains arbitrary complex owner boundaries and different central functions. Nick Petalas #4875, exact head e1f0906c35defdc4704f2b3e5e954c2a62981791, concerns the distinct same-phase rank-three dirty-shear endpoint. Their methods and scopes are credited in PROOF.md; neither is presented as proving this changed endpoint.

The source-native owned-zero-centre ABI is distinct from the retained640 arbitrary-centre ABI. No independent centre reward or duplicate helper credit is introduced. Canonical main was freshly fetched before publication and remains the stated base. Latest submissions through#4909 were checked;#4908 cyclic recovery and#4904 guarded two-target macros concern distinct endpoint/invoice questions. Bounded title/body/source overlap checks do not certify exhaustive novelty or unpublished ownership.

Hosted run39874112461 passed at exact head 7eb4ef5251f7ba96c7e5d78c42fc98e66b7be4ba:346 helper tests with11 expected skips, both normal/optimized model checks, both portable grade replays and unchanged committed inputs. Registered outcome remains negative-result; CI success does not establish an endpoint or new kappa.

Validation

Python3.12/Linux, standard library only. Four registered normal/optimized commands pass: central model and portable independent grade replay. The central check constructs96 exact Clifford elements/32 monomials,98,304 subgroup-support checks,64 two-letter expansion fixtures, full-rank modular Gram controls for24 projective tensor words at widths23..26, a complete three-query positive control and width-one sum/global-phase fault controls. These corroborate the written universal arguments; no circuit search was needed.

The portable grade adapter authenticates the unchanged independent author checker and exact retained Clifford engine, replaces only its Git source-loader with vendored bytes, regenerates in private scratch and compares the unchanged receipt. Both off-diagonal grades17 and the failed lower-grade purity gate replay.

Committed-byte/source-history preflight and official27-file export/integrity checks pass. Both optimized scientific commands pass from a Git-free export with PATH=/nonexistent and unchanged exported bytes. Six actual source/receipt/missing-file corruptions reject under normal and optimized Python without changing their inputs. A separate read-only final agent audit reports no remaining findings.

Independent accounting derives actual source P={1:2201,2:412,3:510,4:127,5:40,8:8} and H={4:28,7:7,8:47,9:326}. The hypothetical two-call moment is in [39.063938114801903,39.063938114801904] at C=.0030217758, but its endpoint is impossible in the stated models. Three FULL calls on the same two banks have margin [-58.916072241014304,-58.916072241014303]; the source sign-separated coefficient proof excludes all larger C through1, and n>=4 unchanged two-bank invoices are negative for every C in[0,1].

The registered checker authenticates the frozen independent accounting/112-port wrapper receipts but does not regenerate that larger audit. Its local Git/support-script replay limitation is explicit in README and PROVENANCE. Source all-column/native632 and compiler/precision/tape/outer/Lean obligations were not rerun. RawD0 does not commute with the proposed S; all112 exact translation corrections are retained in the independent audit, and the proof avoids assuming that commutation.

Open next questions

A further free-word search cannot change this model's decision. Before a new construction experiment, name one actual changed resource: additional independent owners, an already-transformed helper state with a complete return contract, shared native-word fusion deleting paid jobs, or a changed target invoice. Derive its complete optimistic bill first. At the funded comparison, merely adding a third FULL call needs more than58.916072241014304 in extra moment before any new work or reserve. No such resource is freely credited here.
