The current native word pays eight rank-8 children on owned centers. This package removes them without adding Gaussian calls, preserves all 408 independent helper jobs and emits an exact 632-owner producer and its actual raw dual. A common-ground pre-compensation uses 6,596 fixed dyadic ADDs. The changed main endpoint is (X,Y,H) -> (X,Y+A X,H), not the old uncoded shear.

The explicit code is A=I-14P for an orthogonal rank-8 projection: eigenvalues 1 (104 times) and -13 (8 times), inverse I+(A-I)/13, and condition number 13. The whole coupled shear has condition number at most 196. Both orientations have paid profile {1:2201,2:412,3:510,4:127,5:40}. No input independence, borrowed field or helper credit is discarded.

No improved κ is established. A profitable physical caller/adapter for the changed code remains open; its nonuniform chart conversions and denominator 13 are not free. Main, selected frontier and frozen predecessors are unchanged.

Validation: normal and optimized registered Python 3.12 checks; all 632 arbitrary-input rows in both orientations; actual common charts, paid ranks and cleanup; frozen emitted words; semantic sign mutation and four isolated artifact/source rejection controls; independent exact Gram reconstruction of all 12,544 projector entries; separate-agent reviews. Committed-byte and 23-file Git-free export checks pass. No Lean kernel, selected cold replay, full multiplier audit or hosted CI pass is claimed. The optional full source-history preflight could not run because this local repository is shallow; exact object/byte provenance checks pass.

Reproduce from the repository root:

python3.12 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/native-center-free-code
python3.12 -I -O -B research/native-center-free-code/independent.py
python3.12 -B scripts/check_research_commit.py --package research/native-center-free-code

Credit Cao Yifan's canonical round-three joint-helper/native-map word and PR #4610; Cinna Davis's PR #4694 already supplies the center-free cache kernel, the same paid profile and the cold-helper observation, while #4698 supplies a legal eight-helper basis and conditional consumer. The new delta is autonomous 632-owner helper pre-compensation and the explicit stable main code, with a matched raw dual. Retain PR #4470 and the native/E8/scalar/Clifford/compiler/outer lineage, zxv and Jacob Alan Sussman. See ATTRIBUTION.md for overlap and limits. Prepared by Dugongue with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance from the lead and three agents; no human review claimed.

Scope is isolated to research/native-center-free-code/, with portable standard-library scientific checks and no Windows-only build dependency. Canonical main remained 624de9dc66858af0945e5f8a0942488d62280d43, priority revision 7, at the final refresh. Recent PR records and relevant predecessor sources were checked; bounded coverage is not an exhaustive novelty guarantee.

The terminal-only consumer left open here is the centre-free coded word
(#4929). On the 112 kernel witnesses its terminal repair vanishes at call 0
and has rank 8 at call 10; fragmentation-ceiling 6.3-6.5 already prices any
at-stage or post-hoc repair above the budget. Documentation only; verifier
and RESULT.json unchanged.
