Add a source-bound screening model combining nonmonotone persistent contact transport, all eight paid owned COPY charts, both helper boundaries and shared late native maps. Earlier owned-center common-kernel scans held G fixed. The new model keeps every other native boundary fixed and preserves the twelve actual prelude line pairs with one G per operator; every former zero bridge, whole helper residual and full center rank power remains charged.

The native relative-rank minimum has an exact line-membership formula, calibrated against every invertible map and every ordered binary-subspace pair in dimensions 1..3: 570 minima over 175 maps. Functional 1 changes 52 native rank tables. One bounded optional SciPy solve used 9,188 binary contact variables and returned the unchanged source in 0.928 seconds, with zero selected contacts and floating delta zero. This is numerical evidence, not an exact optimality certificate, new physical supplier or higher κ. No 511-kernel rerun was made.

Registered normal and optimized standard-library checks pass, including the complete source paid/helper invoice, actual chronological node alignment and all eight changed-center charges. Metadata/pins, committed-byte comparison and whitespace checks pass. Optional solver dependencies and version/scope are explicit; hosted CI is separate. Shared-G synthesis, actual signed native/endpoint/ownership replay and compiler/outer funding remain unrun for any positive candidate.

This differs from #5140's owned-wire floor, which assumes monotone persistent L paths. Frozen source bytes remain unchanged. Credit Cao Yifan's round-three/shared-map work, Dugongue's rank grammar, Cinna Davis's native/controller/general-contact and owned prototype, Matarener, zxv, Jacob Alan Sussman and retained contributors. Canonical investigation: #4611 (comment) . Written metadata records the stopping decision and open questions.

Prepared by Cinna Davis / 1337isnot1337 with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; no subagents; Apache-2.0. Scoped model and author-checked finite calibration; no independent human or proof-kernel acceptance. Selected conditional κ remains .00302015.
