About The Pull Request

Adds a new doppler exclusive job role, the Roustabout. Functionally, they are assistants with slightly more access and which come with a set of basic tools for doing menial work with.

Why It's Good For The Game

Assistant was meant to be the role you join where other people get you to work a long long time ago I'm certain, especially given the job description and listed supervisors (everyone). However, in the long history of how we got to now, it has turned into the role where you join and do nothing or sometimes do a gimmick or help people.
As Juni has mentioned, there is a desire to play a real role where you're just hired muscle for whoever wants it, but lacking accesses and tools often make this more of a hassle than it should be.
This splits it into a deliberate choice, playing as a roughneck as an explicit statement you are looking to work for people, vs playing assistant/visitor where you are just off duty or without a job at all.

My opinion means nothing and can't hurt you, but personally I'd like if "staff assistant" were in the roustabout list of alt titles, and what is CURRENTLY assistant could default to visitor if the current assistant position isn't expected to do much actual assisting

I am some small amount concerned about the notion of giving them Cargo Bay access, less because I fear it would be utterly game-shattering and more so just because Roustabouts were already somewhat infringing on the hands-on Frontiersman energy that Cargo Technicians enveloped, and while that in and of itself is not a crime, granting them access to the bay atop that is, I worry, truly just stepping in Cargo’s domain at a certain point. I would personally rather they work with Cargo Technicians directly to achieve their ends.
