Upgrade the shipped Sol lane and its balanced, JSON, and vision references to GPT-6.1 Sol. Add API/Codex capabilities and pricing, retain legacy request aliases, and sync the official Codex bundle to rust-v0.159.2.
GPT-6.1 tool requests use the existing Responses provider because Chat tool calling and
reasoning_effort: noneare unsupported. Historical GPT-6 Sol pricing and capabilities remain available.Validation

Merge the five changed YAML files into mounted configuration. Migrate explicit
allowed_lanesentries fromgpt-6-soltogpt-6.1-sol; aliases do not override permissions. Codex account discovery remains authoritative. No paid inference was used for validation.
