• U-Socket 1x; ChainGripper equal virtual views at 1, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2x.
• Interpolate native commands before representation conversion; unwrap/rewrap angle; exclude incomplete windows; retain anchor observations.
• Shared native commanded XY-speed condition through log1p and scalar or low-frequency Fourier features, added to existing observation condition.
• Zero-output initialization and CPU-only RNG isolation preserve unchanged-module initialization.
• Explicit NON-PROTOCOL_INTERPOLATION_ONLY_DIAGNOSTIC: no contact-physics, closed-loop or robot-transfer claim.

Evidence and remaining gates

Prior source passed16 focused local/allocated Lambda tests (CPU407860). Latest RNG-isolation change passed12 targeted tests locally in17.59s. No GPU smoke or full training has been submitted. Tests cover retiming, angle wrap/tail refusal, virtual loader, condition gradients, RNG preservation, train/inference consumers, and diagnostic prefix.

Canonical launcher support, full-size exact-runtime checks, new retimed normalizer, exact source allowlisting and per-arm real optimizer-plus-validation smokes remain required. Parent integration with current main has known conflicts; this draft is not a merge recommendation.
