Stacked on #785 (spec 023 PR 4). Review only this PR's own commit. Its base moves to master once the PRs below it merge.

Summary

Spec 023 docs (tasks T048–T050):

  • docs/contributing.md gets a new "How CI picks tests" section before "Testing". It covers:
    • the Test selection table in the detect changes job summary;
    • what a partial run narrows: Go packages and their importers with the changed-lines coverage gate, vitest related, e2e tests per suite-components.json, and job-level ci.yaml mapping;
    • what still runs everything, and how to force a full run (ci: full-run label or a manual dispatch);
    • how to keep test/e2e/suite-components.json in step when adding a test or a component.
  • docs/agent-architecture.md gets a task-map row for test selection.
  • T048–T050 are marked done. T051 and T052 (the after-rollout checks) wait for the merges.

Checks

  • Docs only. CI runs the docs and link checks.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Adds a How CI picks tests section to docs/contributing.md and a task map row in docs/agent-architecture.md (spec 023 T048, T049).
