Before: the telemetry page and the Platform settings telemetry doc say the basic counts and the environment describe one cluster, with a single Kubernetes version and distribution.
After: both say counts are summed over every cluster the panel manages and can reach, the environment covers those clusters (minor versions and distributions as sets, one node band over all nodes), and the extended tier says whether the panel runs on a cluster or standalone.
How: text-only edits to
src/pages/telemetry.astroandsrc/content/docs/platform-settings-telemetry.mdx, matching spec 022 FR-043 to FR-045 in GameplanePanel/Gameplane (implementation PR on branchclaude/project-thread-shl9s7there). Merge this first; the main repo bumps the submodule pointer after.
