The README now directs users to the published English and Korean documentation instead of duplicating installation and launch guides. It introduces WWW-POSIM with a short description and public platform link; both documentation home pages include the same introduction.
Preserves DAVE attribution and external Wave Sim licensing notices. No simulation code or dependency pins change.
Validation: built 48 pages; checked 3,076 local links/anchors, bilingual search, and 34 source launch references.
